I’m Jennifer – a visionary design leader, apparel and concept designer currently based in Seattle. With 18+ years of experience, my passion for fashion began as a child, staging runway shows with hand-me-downs piled high in my bedroom closet. Today, I’m driven by the same excitement, bringing creative visions to life while shaping brand strategies, fostering innovation, and leading teams to deliver impactful products and experiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of holding leadership roles, including Vice President of Women’s Design at Fabletics, where I drove brand evolution, created product strategies, and collaborated with high-profile clients like Lizzo on the launch of "Yitty", to disrupt the shapewear market. I've also served as Creative Director of Trend & Concept at Starbucks, where I led global trend research and pioneered new retail concepts, enhancing the brand's presence both physically and digitally.

With experience spanning top brands like Nike, Under Armour, and Fabletics, I specialize in bridging the gap between functionality, commercial market trends, and high-fashion aesthetics. Whether building a brand from the ground up or repositioning a legacy, my ability to inspire and lead global teams has consistently driven success.

My design philosophy is grounded in an understanding of both performance and style. I’m inspired by movement, nature, and the beauty found in the unexpected, constantly seeking to create emotionally resonant, innovative apparel that elevates everyday life. I specialize in the activewear, lifestyle, and sportswear markets, where I blend fashion trends with functionality to create bold, forward-thinking concepts.

Outside of my work, I serve on a non-profit Board of Directors for Pottery Northwest, where I continue to nurture my passion for creative expression in all forms.
